Litigation is the traditional adversarial process in a court of law, involving parties with a dispute before a judge and often a jury.

Transactional services include review and preparation of important legal documents and negotiations with parties regarding these documents.

A Fiduciary is person with a legal or ethical relationship of trust between two or more parties. Typically, a fiduciary prudently manages money for another person, who is a protected person.

Mediation is an alternative resolution mechanism to the traditional court proceedings.  It is a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and is often referred to as “facilitation”.
